DECLARATORIA de vigencia de la Norma Mexicana NMX-F-717-COFOCALEC-2015.

DECLARATORIA DE VIGENCIA DE LA NORMA MEXICANA NMX-F-717-COFOCALEC-2015, SISTEMA PRODUCTO LECHE-ALIMENTOS-LÁCTEOS-ANÁLISIS MICROBIOLÓGICOS DE LECHE Y DERIVADOS-MÉTODOS DE PRUEBA RÁPIDOS (CANCELA A LA NMX-F-717-COFOCALEC-2006).
La Secretaría de Economía, por conducto de la Dirección General de Normas, con fundamento en lo dispuesto por los artículos 34, fracciones II, XIII y XXXIII de la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública Federal; 3, fracción X, 51-A, 54 y 66 fracción V de la Ley Federal sobre Metrología y Normalización; 45 y 46 del Reglamento de la Ley Federal sobre Metrología y Normalización y 22, fracciones I, IX, XII y XXV del Reglamento Interior de la Secretaría de Economía y habiéndose satisfecho el procedimiento previsto por la ley de la materia para estos efectos, expide la Declaratoria de Vigencia de la Norma Mexicana que se enlista a continuación, misma que ha sido elaborada y aprobada por el Organismo Nacional de Normalización denominado Consejo para el Fomento de la Calidad de la Leche y sus Derivados, A.C. (COFOCALEC), lo que se hace del conocimiento de los productores, distribuidores, consumidores y del público en general.

La presente Norma Mexicana NMX-F-717-COFOCALEC-2015 entrará en vigor a los 60 días naturales a partir del día natural inmediato siguiente de la publicación de esta Declaratoria de Vigencia en el Diario Oficial de la Federación.

Objetivo y campo de aplicación
Esta Norma Mexicana tiene como objeto establecer los procedimientos generales de pruebas rápidas para la determinación cuantitativa y/o cualitativa de: grupos indicadores (bacterias aerobias, microorganismos organismos coliformes, enterobacterias, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, mohos y levaduras): detección de patógenos (Salmonella spp, Listeria spp, Listeria monocytogenes, E.coli 0157:H7, Cronobacter sakasakii,); y enterotoxina estafilocóccica, aplicables a leche y productos lácteos.
En su implementación, el usuario debe comparar los resultados obtenidos con el método rápido contra los resultados obtenidos con el método de referencia (véase punto 2 Referencias), a fin de que se generen los datos que demuestren que el primero satisface las expectativas de su aplicación.
Concordancia con normas internacionales
La presente Norma Mexicana no es equivalente (NEQ), con ninguna Norma Internacional por no existir esta última, al momento de su elaboración.
