DECLARATORIA de vigencia de la Norma Mexicana NMX-U-122-SCFI-2016 DECLARATORIA de vigencia de la Norma Mexicana NMX-U-122-SCFI-2016. DECLARATORIA DE VIGENCIA DE LA NORMA MEXICANA NMX-U-122-SCFI-2016, RECUBRIMIENTOS, PINTURAS, BARNICES Y PRODUCTOS AFINES-EVALUACIÓN DE LA DEGRADACIÓN DE RECUBRIMIENTOS-DESIGNACIÓN DE LA CANTIDAD Y TAMAÑO DE LOS TIPOS MÁS COMUNES DE DEFECTOS Y DE LA INTENSIDAD DE LOS CAMBIOS UNIFORMES DE APARIENCIA. La Secretaría de Economía, por conducto de la Dirección General de Normas, con fundamento en lo dispuesto por los artículos 34, fracciones II, XIII y XXXIII de la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública Federal; 3, fracción X, 51-A, 51-B y 54 de la Ley Federal sobre Metrología y Normalización; 45 y 46 del Reglamento de la Ley Federal sobre Metrología y Normalización y 22, fracciones I, IX, XII y XXV del Reglamento Interior de la Secretaría de Economía y habiéndose satisfecho el procedimiento previsto por la ley de la materia para estos efectos, expide la Declaratoria de Vigencia de la Norma Mexicana que se enlista a continuación, misma que ha sido elaborada y aprobada bajo la responsabilidad del Comité Técnico de Normalización Nacional de Pinturas, Barnices, Recubrimientos y Tintas para Impresión, lo que se hace del conocimiento de los productores, distribuidores, consumidores y del público en general. Esta Norma Mexicana establece un sistema general de evaluación para designar la cantidad y tamaño de los defectos, así como la intensidad de los cambios de apariencia de recubrimientos, pinturas, barnices y productos que formen película. Se pretende que este sistema sea utilizado, principalmente, para evaluar los defectos causados por envejecimiento y exposición a la intemperie, tanto natural como artificial, así como para los cambios uniformes, por ejemplo cambios de color, tal como el amarillamiento. En esta Norma Mexicana también se proporcionan otros sistemas de evaluación concretos para los tipos más comunes de defectos, así como las guías visuales de referencia que ilustran las cantidades y los tamaños de dichos defectos. | | Concordancia con Normas Internacionales
